The atmosphere and cocktail photographs were produced specifically for this site and do not depict identifiable real people.

4. Personal data (GDPR)

This is a showcase site: there is no customer account, no online form and no payment. The only personal data processed is what you send us by email when booking (name, contact details, date, number of guests).

This data is used solely to handle your request. It is never sold, shared or used for advertising, and is kept only as long as needed.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise it: lecarrouselbar@gmail.com. You may also contact the French authority CNIL (cnil.fr).

5. Cookies & trackers

This site sets no cookies and makes no requests to third-party services when you browse it: no analytics, no advertising trackers, no social pixels, no embedded maps or videos.

Fonts are served from our own domain (no requests to Google Fonts) and the drinks menu is built into the site at publication time.

Since no consent is required in the absence of non-essential trackers, no cookie banner is displayed — in line with CNIL guidance, which requires consent only for non-essential trackers.

6. Image rights

If a photograph concerned you and you would like it removed, write to lecarrouselbar@gmail.com and it will be taken down promptly.

7. Alcohol

Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, please drink responsibly. Selling alcohol to minors is prohibited.
